What Do They Have Against Dogs Anyhow?

If you can take a dog for walks on the street, why can’t you take them everywhere, to all beaches, all hotels etc, of course as long as you take full responsibility for your pets’ actions.  Why do the hotels that do accept pets only allow two.  So that means you can take 2 great danes, 2 rottweilers etc., which would be considered the same as taking 2 miniature dogs.  So this is considered the allowable 2 dog rule?

My rule would be as long as the total sum of your dogs weighs in at a certain poundage, then it should be considered & allowed.  Anyone who cares that much for their dogs and wants to take them with them on vacation because a lot of people, including me don’t want to leave them in the care of strangers at a kennel, is surely a no-brainer that they would respect the rules of the hotel and be responsible for their dogs.  So if you have 3 small pets as I do and sneak the third one in……….Am I so wrong?

No you are not wrong!! I agree and think if they are worried about pets they should go by weight. Like you said, 2 big dogs aren’t equal to 2 toy dogs. So many dogs are like “children” to people now a days. It’s a shame that when people go on vacation they are limited to where they can take their furry children. I can say that some dogs are better well behaved then some children I’ve seen!!! lol
